Self Sacrifice vs Self Love by Roshandra

LETTING GO:  Self - Sac - ri - fice   noun

The ABILITY to LOVE yourself as a WOMAN is often confused with the loss of oneself to the marriage, to the children and your community.   We need to keep our relationship vital, alive and loving to ourselves to.  WHY?  So we may be able to GIVE more to those we love and tend to and for our own balance.  When we lose that, we lose the sense of ourselves.  We flourish if loved, given to so it keeps us alive, feeling cared for and noted.   It is a cycle of love that maintains us and we absolutely need this from our partner and other women.  Our children when they are small love on us all the time usually, but as they grow and grow up and leave the nest we cannot expect that from them.   So SELF NOURISHMENT is a key learning tool we all must do for ourselves at times.

If we learn to nurture ourselves more, we begin to establish this difference of Self Sacrifice and create the Healthy ego with the Self NOURISHED Woman, we become better balanced.  We need time by ourselves to cultivate this and quiet.

Tools will be taught on this process to help women be healthier.
