Why are so many women right now in OVERWHELM? In confusion? We are feeling it is all spinning out of control around us right now and seemingly making our lives more complicated in a pressure of change?Women all sense this change we are undergoing on the entire planet as the feminine awakens herself within our own bodies, on our planet and with all the women of the world. What is happening?
My work is counseling in transpersonal guidance and also coaching clients. Much is with executive women in their businesses and also day to day mothers that are struggling with the changes of how to handle all the inside transformation going on in the collective feminine.
BREATHE, first and realize it is not 'you alone'
Every woman is experiencing the pressures of these changes from within our own bodies, our relationships around us, this feeling of having to go faster and the desire to create new from a soul level or Intuitive Higher Self.
There will be a series of classes on line that I offer with lessons to aid you personally with techniques that will center, ground, clear you and allow you to focus on what is key in your life now. This then moves with a weekly topic that engages steps on how to deal with or handle these existing changes and challenges or problems. This will aid you as a woman to grow and develop a more stable transition and give you insights into the changes happening to all women.

Let's begin with the FIRST CLASS. It's ALL ABOUT YOU. Women self sacrifice, we put our needs last behind our relationship and our children and we juggle it all. We get left behind in the mix. To begin we must focus on ourselves first. Breathe, begin to feel your body, toes, heart and mind quiets down after an initial racing with the to do list. Let it all be.
Technique one is all about YOU.
Classes and Lessons: For Women Only - Where to begin? With 'you' of course.
Class I "Finding yourself, the inner you of your soul and spirit SELF. How do we connect to this?
The you that is really your divine link to all that is and to GOD as Source LIGHT. It may be your Inner Goddess, your CHRIST self or what is termed the GODHEAD Source. It is all up to your beliefs. But we can easily find our Inner CHURCH and this energy we seek of Peace, Love and Centering within ourselves. The Technique is taught.
Class II "Relationship" Is it working? Are you both growing in this? Is it stale day old bread? All relationships are impacted with this change we as women are right now going through. Do you feel supported? Do you feel HEARD? Do you feel understood? Lessons on this are given.
Class III "Intimacy" Is your sexual exchange with your partner what you hoped for or need now? How to change this and begin the shift men need to consider for lovemaking.

Class IV "Healthy foods and detoxing"
Class V "Communication skills and how to word things to be heard."
Class VI "Coming from the Heart of the Matter." Heart, Soul, Spirit is defined and expressed.
Class VII "Creative enterprising or our New ways to Work, Create and Manifest ."
Class VIII "Lifestyle changes and what this means. What is important and healthy vs what can go."
Class VIX "Sex vs Lovemaking. Is your partner satisfying you? Age 40 is when we activate Kundalini and our sexual libido changes. Our partner needs to learn new skills that supports this."
Class X "Body health, yoga, exercise, detox and meditation. This is all part of the basic needs. No short cuts or junk food or yo-yo living. Healthy immune system and patterns about taking in love and taking care of ourselves."
Class XI "Circle of friends and releasing toxic relationships in all forms and why."
